What We Offer

Is Injection Molding Right for You?

Injection molding is the most cost-effective process for producing large quantities of identical plastic parts. If your project requires 1,000 or more parts, injection molding delivers the lowest per-unit cost with exceptional consistency.

Not sure if it's right for you? We'll tell you honestly. If prototyping makes more sense first, we have FDM and SLA printing in-house to get you started fast.

How We Do It

The Injection Molding Process

01

Design Review & DFM

We review your CAD files and provide a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis — identifying potential issues and suggesting improvements before we cut any steel.

02

Mold Tooling

Our machinists fabricate your mold from P20 steel or aircraft aluminum. Single-cavity tools for prototyping, multi-cavity hot runners for high-volume production.

03

T1 Samples & Validation

First article samples are produced, measured, and validated against your specifications. We iterate until every dimension and surface finish meets your requirements.

04

Production Run

Full production begins across our fleet of machines. Real-time quality control at the press ensures consistent parts, every cycle, every shift.

05

Packaging & Fulfillment

Parts are counted, inspected, packaged, and either shipped to you or forwarded directly to your customers through our drop-ship program.

Materials

Clear, Flexible, Hard, or Custom

We mold in virtually any thermoplastic. Not sure which material is best? Our engineers will review your requirements — strength, temperature resistance, flexibility, UV exposure, FDA compliance — and recommend the optimal material.

ABS Impact-resistant, great surface finish. Ideal for consumer products, electronics housings.
PP Lightweight, fatigue-resistant. Perfect for hinges, containers, automotive.
PC Crystal clear, very tough. Lenses, guards, medical enclosures.
Nylon (PA) High strength, excellent wear resistance. Gears, brackets, structural parts.
HDPE / LDPE Chemical-resistant, FDA-compliant. Bottles, food containers, medical.
TPE / TPU Flexible rubber-like feel. Grips, seals, gaskets, wearables.
PETG Clear, tough, food-safe. Packaging, displays, medical devices.
POM (Delrin) Low friction, dimensionally stable. Precision gears, bearings, bushings.
Colorful thermoplastic resin pellets sorted in rows by color
Custom Color Matching: We can match any Pantone or RAL color. Masterbatch colorants are blended in-house for accurate, consistent color across production runs.
