Product Design,
Tooling & Prototyping

From napkin sketch to production-ready mold. Our engineering team handles CAD design, DFM analysis, mold flow simulation, and rapid prototyping — all in-house.

Our Engineering Services

Full Engineering Support, In-House

No need to hire an outside design firm. Our engineering team works alongside you from the first concept through final production.

CAD Design & 3D Modeling

We design or refine your parts using professional CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). If you only have a sketch or physical sample, we can reverse-engineer and create a full 3D model.

Recommended

Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

Before cutting any mold, we analyze your design for manufacturability — identifying undercuts, thin walls, sink marks, and other issues that would affect quality or cost.

Mold Flow Analysis

Computer simulation shows how plastic flows through your mold, predicting weld lines, air traps, and potential defects before the mold is made. Saves time and money.

Mold & Tooling Design

We design and build injection molds in-house — from simple single-cavity aluminum prototyping tools to complex multi-cavity hot-runner production molds.

Reverse Engineering

Have a physical part but no CAD? We'll measure and digitize your existing part, creating accurate 3D files ready for molding or further modification.

Protected

NDA & Patent Protection

All projects are covered by NDA. We respect your intellectual property and can assist with patent documentation for your new product.

Need it Fast?

First Part in 24–48 Hours

Don't wait weeks for tooling. Our in-house 3D printers can produce functional plastic parts from your CAD file in as little as 24 hours. Perfect for fit checks, design validation, client presentations, and investor demos.

Once your design is validated, we seamlessly transition to injection molding production — using the same CAD files and engineering team.
