Common Questions Answered
New to injection molding? We make it simple. Here are the questions we hear most often.
View All FAQsInjection molding is ideal when you need 1,000+ identical parts. For smaller quantities or concept testing, we recommend starting with rapid prototyping (FDM/SLA printing), then moving to injection molding for production runs.
Our in-house 3D printing (FDM) can produce functional prototypes in as little as 24–48 hours from your CAD file. From there, we transition to production tooling.
We work with virtually all common thermoplastics: ABS, PP, PC, Nylon, HDPE, LDPE, TPE, TPU, POM, PETG, and more. We help you select the best material for your application.
For production injection molding, typical MOQ is 1,000 units. For prototyping and design validation, there is no minimum — we can print one part.
